How Sweet the Morning of Sabbath

Lyrics by Frederick Gardner (1832-1903). Frederick wrote this poem age 16, several years after he and his family joined the Church in their home of Chalford Hill, Gloucestershire, and shortly before emigrating to Salt Lake. This was published in the Millennial Star (the British church magazine of its day) in 1849.
